It was in the very central location close to the tram line. All the staff was amicable, fixed my issues. I had clean room with a TV, good wi-fi connection, as example...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was close to tram and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was in the heart of the city center, which was great for experiencing the atmosphere of the old town. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and the wi-fi connection was reliable, which was important for me as I needed to stay connected for work purposes. There was one small issue that could be improved upon, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and Turkish tea. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with many shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the 24, hour reception and the friendly staff.
The hotel didn't have air conditioning, which made the room a bit stuffy. the walls were thin and we could hear noises from the street.
